This family has only just found out about GIVIT through a local furniture store as they were in there trying to replace things and finding it extremely hard. They have photos of the house and items lost. Home is rented through Indigenous housing. Lost full home of furniture and whitegoods as home filled with water and they had to move in with friends till they could get in and clean up. New mobile phone entered into the system
