A resilient mother of three young children has recently fled a domestic violence situation and is in urgent need of support as she starts fresh in a new, safe tenancy. With limited financial resources and no remaining possessions from her previous home, she is rebuilding her life from the ground up.
We are seeking donations—either new or good-quality pre-loved items—to help this family settle into their new space and begin to heal.
A dryer would be immensely helpful for her as her children have special needs and she is quite stressed with the thought of having to take them to the communal lines at the other end of her complex, the children tend to run off which concerns her. Having a dryer at home would mean she can avoid this highly stressful situation.
