A mother of 6 children has recently left her 20 year marriage due to domestic violence. Mum works part time and is experiencing some financial hardship being a newly single parent as she is currently receiving no child support from dad.
Due to the trauma one of the older children has from witnessing the DFV and bullying at school, this mum has chosen to allow him to home school from term two, through to the end of the school year. A laptop would greatly help support this young man with his schooling.
