Single woman living alone in your flood damaged home since 22 Floods

Lady living back in her uninsured home trying to stay on top of things as best as she can.
UPDATE- Lady lost all her belongings and her home in the February 2022 flood in Woodburn and living on her own and had 2 meters of floodwater through her 2nd floor on the river.
She was not insured and was denied a buyback. To date, has received little assistance with the rebuilding of her home and has exhausted all financial resources that she had. She has been able to get some assistance with the completion of a kitchen but has no funds to complete the new purchase of a sink and stovetop/oven/washing machine to be able to move back in and have cooking facilities.
She has been living under her home since 2022 which is not built in and using a camping gas top cooker to cook on as well as an Esky and is desperately seeking any assistance to be able to finalize her home to move back in.
Any help is very much appreciated.
