Crisis for family of 4 stuck in cycle of disadvantage through systemic barriers

Husband suffered an acute mental health crisis which resulted in a hospital admission.
Client said this was not something new for them and they had been managing his mental health for years now but the pressures of his job had been the last straw and he had one day left work to go back home where he had a breakdown.
Wife has been advocate for her husband but had traumatising experience in hospital.
She also said that the psychiatrist in the hospital was extremely condescending and weaponised her fears even going as far to make a threat to admit her instead. She said that they were trying to discharge him too soon and her fear was that she did not have the resources to care for him unlike the hospital.
She has no fears of her husband being violent towards the children as he is out of the house temporarily until he can guarantee their safety but he needs long-term care rather than band aid fixes. As husband has resigned from his job they are struggling with material items.
