Isolated Australian man with chronic health conditions sleeping rough with puppy unable to see family or access supports.

This Australian man has had to recently return from living with his partner abroad due to chronic health conditions suddenly worsening. He is now sleeping rough in a small car, that he shares with his puppy as his previous accommodation was broken into and vandalized to such a degree that it is now uninhabitable. He is without close friends and family in Australia, and makes every attempt to speak with his spouse, who was unable to follow him back to Australia on short notice. This gentleman is unable to work to support himself, and is struggling financially.
Because of the nature of his rough sleeping, he is unable to prepare nutritious meals and relies on packet noodles after ensuring that his dog is looked after.
