This request is for a resilient single mother who has recently rebuilt her life after fleeing domestic violence. In order to ensure safety for herself and her young child, she had to leave everything behind, which led to a period of homelessness. She is now beginning to start over in a new, safe home. As the sole carer for her toddler, who lives with a chronic illness and has a compromised immune system, she faces ongoing challenges, including the high cost of medical care and the need for a clean and safe living environment.
Due to her child’s health needs, many second-hand donations are not suitable, and she is in urgent need of essential household items to create a stable and healthy space for them both. Your support will help ease the burden on this mother as she works to provide a safe, nurturing home and meet her child’s health and wellbeing needs.
