Single mother of one fled to QLD due to DV
Domestic & Family Violence
Fled to QLD to start a fresh life for herself and her daughter. They now have a safe house to live in but to make it a home she needs support with fitting it out. Due to the DV being so fresh mum is unable to work until she gains strength again. Mum is finding it hard to be able to cover home costs as well as put items into their new house. Any support is welcome

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
