17-Year-Old with cognitive disability who is currently rebuilding relationship with their mother after a period of time in the care of Child Safety. This young person and their mother live in a home through Department of Housing after a significant time in unstable and unsafe housing. The young person requires access to basic needs will reduce financial pressure, support relationships within the family, and reduce pressure on a family who are doing it tough.
