A single mother, who has experienced extensive childhood trauma and FDV, is in need of financial support to enable her to provide for her two children. One child has also experienced significant trauma, has her own multiple diagnosis, and the other has numerous health concerns.

The family are also at risk of homelessness and Mum struggles week to week to provide for all of the family's needs.

How it's helped before

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
