The client is an elderly man currently experiencing homelessness and living rough in the local area. He has been without stable accommodation for an extended period and is exposed daily to the elements, increasing risks to his health and safety. The client has a pre-existing heart condition, further heightening concerns regarding his wellbeing while unsheltered. His current living conditions are inadequate for an elderly person with complex health issues, and he is in urgent need of basic necessities to maintain safety and dignity.

Given the client’s age, chronic health condition, and current circumstances, access to clothing and gas canisters is essential. These items will significantly improve his capacity to manage daily living while our service continues to provide outreach support and assist him in appropriate accommodation.
