This young Aboriginal girl, just six years old, faces immense challenges every day. Living in a remote part of NSW, she has been diagnosed with developmental delay, hearing loss, and autism. Her devoted father, a single parent of three children, provides constant care and protection, but the level of support his daughter requires makes it impossible for him to work. Despite his kindness and strength, the family carries the weight of trauma linked to the mother’s mental health and violence. They are doing their best to create a safe, nurturing home, yet the strain is overwhelming. Support would ease the burden at Christmas, help cover travel to vital medical appointments, and allow this little girl to participate more fully in her community. Your generosity can bring hope, dignity, and joy to a family who has endured so much, and remind them they are not alone.
