This young family was severely affected by the flood in 2022. Flood waters inundated their property, sheds and floor boards of their home. Water damage to the house floor boards has caused serious damage to internal walls.
However, the main damage was caused outside and the surrounding of their home. They lost fencing, water tanks, air conditioners, lawn mower, all garden tools and shed appliances for maintaining the property.
They have spent a lot of money fixing fences, replacing water tanks, air conditioners and only some of the appliances lost from the shed. They have sacrificed items and opportunities for the children due to prioritising food and the replacement of essential items.
Bunnings vouchers and food vouchers would be wonderful for this young family.
