My client and her husband are battling with their insurance company who has rejected their claim. multiple trees fell on the roof of their home and damaged the roof iron, letting water in and damaging internal plaster on ceiling and walls. I am assisting them with insurance advocacy, but immediate needs are not met and we ask for assistance with the cost of Food and Fuel and a Kmart voucher to replace some personal items damaged in the storm.
