Recipient is a 54-year-old male currently residing in crisis accommodation after living in his car for several months. Recipient was the victim of significant physical and psychological abuse at the hands of their parents while a child. As a result, recipient has gone through life with undiagnosed PTSD and other mental health conditions that have impacted on all areas of their life including relationships, work and education.
