Every year, some of the most vulnerable people in our community spend the holiday season without family, safety, or a place where they feel welcome. Many are experiencing hardship, addiction, loneliness, homelessness, or the ongoing impacts of trauma and disadvantage.
A simple Christmas lunch can mean far more than a meal. It offers connection, dignity, and a sense of belonging at a time when many feel most alone. It’s a chance for people to sit together, share stories, and experience warmth, kindness and community.
Your support will help create a safe, calm and respectful space for our Shelter participants where they can enjoy a proper Christmas meal and feel valued. For people doing it tough, this small act of generosity can lift spirits, restore hope and remind them they are not forgotten.
