Single mother with one teenage daughter, who is refugee and aged 47 years old with lots of health issues, but the main issues being she requires a wheelchair. Having an electric wheelchair means a lot for my client for daily survival and independence, she tried to use a manual wheelchair, but it needed someone to push her which means depending on someone’s availability which she doesn’t have.
