The client is 78 years of age and lives alone on 50 acres. The client was flood impacted by the rising floodwaters which has created an issue with mold in the home. There was damage to her fencing, and the property has debris on it which she is collecting as she goes. The clients have some cows but is not a primary producer. The client has no family in the area to assist her. The client has limited funds to deal with the damage caused by the flooding. Feed for her animals is expensive, and her limited funds have had to be diverted to repairs and clean up.
