Despite these challenges, she has shown remarkable resilience and growth. Now supported through a semi-independent living program, she is working hard to build a stable future. She is a deeply loving and kind young person with so much warmth to offer those closest to her. Recently, she has been actively pursuing employment and is determined to take over the lease of the property she currently resides in. As she prepares to transition into adulthood, she needs assistance with furnishing her new home - an essential step in creating a safe and nurturing space where she can continue to thrive. Your support will help set her up for success and independence as she begins this new chapter.
