Single male with medical issues preventing him from returning to work. He is living in van and requires assistance

Single male living in campervan. Self employed, however is not currently working due to suffering from 2 hernias that require surgery. Fridge in van has stopped working and needs to be replaced - however due to being out of work he cannot afford the replacement costs and is having to live on non perishable foods. His deep cycle battery is also at the end of it's life and needs replacing.
