A young mum is delighted to be reunited with her two sons after they spent several years out of her care. She has managed without a TV until now, but has recently requested one because her boys are missing the children’s programmes they became accustomed to while in care. She wants the transition into their forever home to be as smooth and seamless as possible, and having a TV would help immensely.
However, her recently purchased car is consuming much of her income due to ongoing mechanical issues, and unfortunately her finances cannot stretch to cover the cost of a new or second-hand TV.
