Cost of living crisis has had an immense impact on her capacity to absorb unexpected costs - such as vacuum breaking down - and would greatly benefit from acquiring a new vacuum. To acquire a functional vacuum would same considerable time in her day, support tenancy, and provide a healthier environment for the family.
