Aboriginal YP male 18yrs old. Trying very hard to navigate life for himself right now! From North WA. small community, where it can be hard to move towards change. Experiencing poverty & AOD issues within the community. YP has an understanding and thirst for his life to be better and different. Completed pre-apprentice in 2023, however unable to secure employment returned home. Wanting more for himself he applied for supported accommodation. Knowing support in life from others can help improve outcomes. Eager for employment, returned back to Midwest. Has been hunting for employment for past 8 months and has gained a position at the local hospital. However, is wanting more for himself, wanting to gain an electrical apprenticeship and become qualified. With this in mind we are seeking Donation for YP to purchase a laptop to support further education and current employment requirements, wanting to improve his life outcomes.
