Young mum who left a DV relationship nearly two years ago has rebuilt her life and is attending Tafe, working one day a week and spending quality time with her children. She is in her second transitional home while on the list for public housing. She has furnished the home herself with money she has saved and sticks to a strict budget so manages her finances well. This has however left her with little for Christmas presents for her children, or to purchase any 'extras' to create a special day. She could use some assistance to purchase gifts or extra food.
