Christmas 2025
Our service operates four community based early childhood education programs in the Perth metro area. Our programs are free supported outreaches for refugee and migrant parents and children, who may other experience isolation and disconnection as newly arrived migrants. ITAV sites are safe places where families express feeling heard and valued by the ITAV team. Families disclose their concerns and hardships and receive casework support, advocacy, orientation, life skills coaching and early childhood education.
At Christmas, we strive to provide dry food hampers to our families who have had a tough year. This request for Christmas gift vouchers are for children whose families are unemployed, are in economic hardship and are from single parent households. Gifts like these speak volumes to refugee children with the message that they are seen, included and belong to community.
