My client is due to give birth in 9 weeks and has recently secured her own accommodation after years of transient accommodation and placing herself in unsafe situations just to have a roof over her head. She has spent all of her money on bond and two weeks rent and has very limited funds left over to purchase baby items. She is only on job seeker which does not leave her with much money at the end of the two weeks. She has big plans for her future and gaining her own accommodation is the first step to achieving these goals.
