70-year-old lady had water come into her home up past the skirting boards damaging the structure of the house, shed doors and items. Participant had a mental breakdown post floods and ended up being admitted to a mental health facility. She has diabetes and epilepsy, and her son has moved in with her to care for her. The condenser unit to her split system air conditioner was covered by flood water and damaged with her epilepsy it makes her risk for seizures higher in the hotter weather. Help would be much appreciated.
