This little family is a recent survivor of domestic violence. They made the brave decision to leave an unsafe environment, but in doing so had to leave most of their belongings behind. They have finally secured a safe place to call home but are still in a vulnerable position with minimal support around them. The 3-year-olds medical needs are high, and his mother needs to spend most of her time attending to him and his specialist appointments and frequent hospital stays, which prevents her from working full time.
