Home inundated with water on bottom level impacting lounge room and children's bedroom.
2025 NSW Mid North Coast & Hunter Floods
Family live in split level home with bottom level flooding that has damaged loungeroom and children's bedroom.
The exterior laundry was also flooded. They are a young family of four on a low income that are struggling for support. They have lost everything in the lower level of the home and are now also trying to manage mould. The mother has also lost all of her photography equipment, leaving her with no capacity to earn any extra income to "prop up the family". They have two small children aged 1 & 3 years old who are currently sleeping with the parents.
If we could have assistance with a single bed, cot, lounge and washing machine this would be greatly appreciated and allow for the centrelink payment to go towards replacing soft furnishings.
