Support needed for flood damaged pensioner affected by East Coast Floods

We are seeking support for a pensioner whose home was severely impacted during the East Coast Flooding event in May. This is the first time his property has ever experienced flood damage, and unfortunately, he does not have the financial means, insurance, or access to disaster funding to assist with repairs.
Since the flood, he has been living in very difficult conditions, with bare cement floors throughout his home all winter. These conditions are especially harsh and not suitable for his health and wellbeing.
He has sourced an affordable option for floating floorboards through a local business, but even at the reduced cost, the materials remain beyond his financial reach. He is humbly requesting vouchers to help contribute toward the purchase of new flooring so he can begin restoring safe and liveable conditions in his home.
