Single mother of 6 children is isolated at home with her youngest kids after being a mother for the past 15 years.
She has previously experienced drug addiction and has worked hard to overcome this issue and keeps to herself to not be influenced by unhelpful friend circles.
DV is an ongoing issue with the perpetrator recently been released from prison after breaking the restraining order.
This mother faces financial hardship as she relies on Centrelink benefits and cannot return to work due to no daycare vacancies and long wait list. Her mental health is deteriorating as she feels trapped in the house and wishes to engage and connect with other mothers.
She has registered to attend our course delivered by tafe and partnered with our organisation although she does not have the funds to purchase the electronics required. She is now falling behind as she cannot complete the work.
