These losses have deeply affected him emotionally, and he is currently experiencing ongoing grief and loneliness.
He is homeless, primarily sleeping in his car, and only occasionally able to stay overnight at a friend’s place. He reports increasing memory loss, which is making it difficult to manage medications, appointments, and daily tasks.
The client has very limited contact with his children and has chosen not to disclose his current situation to them. He carries a strong sense of responsibility to protect his loved ones and is deeply reluctant to be seen as a burden.
