Client is a 49 year old, mother of 5 and family of 7 people who is experiencing financial hardship due to being very new in the country, not working and private renting with most of their welfare income going towards the rent. Client has no washing machine and has been hand washing clothes because she cannot afford one and therefore would appreciate a gift voucher to buy a washing machine. Having a washing machine according to her will help her "ease stress" she said and will help in the following ways:
