Young mum who suffered loss of household items in flood last year

Young lady who was in a shelter prior to flooding lost household items from water entering through the roof and then mould growing over everything rapidly. She has since had a baby and the home she is renting has no air flow and extremely hot, she is seeking assistance to make it more comfortable for the bub, her midwife has been to the residence and see how hot it is and has written a letter also.
