Making Christmas Special

GIVIT
Our residential prevention and recovery care unit provides care to women and gender-diverse people aged 18+, recovering from an episode of mental illness or mental health crisis. We look after 12 women at a time, who can bring children between the age of 1-5years old and often have older children at home.
As part of our program, we would like to organise a special Christmas lunch, activities and some gifts for the women and their families.
From a recovery perspective, this will support both family and community connections and add a spark of fun and joy during a challenging time.
Donations received will be used to provide a Special Christmas Celebration.
