Young, resilient mum at significant risk of homelessness and who is the primary caregiver to her 18 month old and is due to have her second baby. Young person has experienced significant disadvantage in her short years and is motivated to continue her education and break the cycle of intergenerational disadvantage. Young person has limited formal and informal supports and despite having a history of trauma, this young mum is an extremely resilient, capable and positive woman. With support to overcome some practical barriers, this young person has the skills and potential to achieve her dreams of becoming a youth mentor and mental health advocate.
