Single mum of 3, struggling to make ends meet due to poor physical and mental health

Single mum of 3 who has undergone three surgeries this year. The family dual live with her parents to endeavor to make ends meet. At the moment the families are sharing one car due to another needing repairs.
Her middle child has level 2 ASD, OCD, severe anxiety and ADHD plus low vision in one eye. She receives NDIS for occupational therapy, physiological therapy, and speech therapy. She is under the care of a paediatrician and an eye specialist, these bills are not covered by NDIS.
Two of the children have food allergies and see a paediatric allergy specialist. These appointments have had to be ceased due to lack of funds. The youngest child needs certain creams and supplements to help with eczema.
This family gets by with careful budgeting but finances have reached an all time low.
