Unfortunately due to his addiction the client will not be able to replace items that break. Client is a regular at the community centre for assistance for food. Client has had a life of being "stolen" from his mother by his father and given away to other relatives during early childhood.
Client did work in the cane fields while growing up so is not afraid of hard work, however at the moment is struggling with addiction.
