This family has survived domestic and family violence and has been experiencing significant financial hardship for some time. Mum has recently been incarcerated, and this has increased the financial strain on the household. My client is a young person who is now holding parental responsibility for all three children in the house. The youngest boy is currently without a double bed frame and is sleeping on a mattress on the floor. He is in urgent need of a bed frame for this mattress. Any assistance from community in supporting this request would be much appreciated.
