Elderly lady who lives alone was affected by flood water in her home she lost items and has been struggling to replace them since, she has come to our centre asking for assistance because she didn't know where to go for help, she lost her fridge and washing machine and is using borrowed ones at the present time. She's also in need of a bed as here ensemble has gone mouldy from the rain and moisture from the disaster event.
