Older Gentleman who has significant mental and physical disability. He is living in his home which is not fully repaired from the floods of Feb 2022. He is supporting his son who is university and is struggling to make ends meet on his pention while also paying for repairs on his home, which have continued much longer than expected. With the current cost of living crisis, he is struggling to pay for groceries and general living costs.
