GIVIT Request – Mobile Phone for Client

I am seeking support for one of my clients who has recently lost her mobile phone.
The client is an elderly woman showing mild signs of dementia. Due to her age and health needs, she is struggling to manage without a phone, as it is her main means of staying safe, connected, and in contact with her support services.
She is currently unable to afford a replacement as she is paying for specialist services and CSHP (Commonwealth Support at Home Program) in-home support through My Aged Care.
Request: A basic, easy-to-use mobile phone (preferably unlocked) to assist her with daily communication and safety.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
