Client is 59 years old, living alone in Australia with Borderline Personality Disorder- dissociative identity disorder (6 different personalities) and Anxiety. Client has limited to no contact with her extended family. Client is incapable of work due to her complex psychosocial disability. Client experiences chronic pain in her feet and spine. She also has pain and lack of strength in her fingers due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. Client motivation to get up in the morning are her pets (a dog and 2 cats).
