Client's partner of 12 years has struggled with their mental health for many years due to childhood trauma and addiction issues. They have recently been a patient at a mental health hospital and released. They have relapsed recently and been readmitted to hospital.
Client is struggling with own mental health and caring responsibilities. Client's partner is not currently working and income has been affected. Client needs grocery and fuel assistance as needs to travel to and from hospital to visit and support partner.
