Client's mental health is deteriorating dramatically. Diagnosed with Severe Depression and Anxiety and has attempted suicide 3 times. She is having to move from her rental as Landlord is ending her lease due to the house needing lots of repairs, she has lived there for 10+ years.
Due to relocation costs, she is desperately in need of grocery, fuel and pharmacy assistance. She has not been eating and does not have funds for her medication.
