Our client is a single parent who has recently escaped from domestic violence. Client has been diagnosed with complex PTSD, OCD, depression, and anxiety. Despite her own health challenges, our client is the sole carer for her children, who each have additional needs and require extra care and attention.
Our client is currently receiving a single parenting payment, which allows her to cover only the family’s basic needs. However, due to her circumstances, there are ongoing challenges in managing both her own health and her children’s complex needs.
