This young person and their family are facing extreme financial hardship that has been ongoing for a number of years. This young person also faces a number of other psychosocial difficulties including long-term child protection concerns, domestic and family violence, and parental substance misuse. This young person is in year 10 and is a very hardworking individual who is currently struggling with completing schoolwork and assessments due to not having a device.
This young person is striving to achieve all of their goals and breaking generational cycles and would significantly benefit from financial support to buy a laptop so that they are able to engage in a holistic way in their education.
