Help up to Help community members impacted by the effects of Cyclone Alfred.
Due to recent weather events and living in a predominantly agricultural region a high number of community members have lost regular work due to the heavy rain events associated with the cyclone.
Many are facing the prospect of not being able to get back to their regular work hours for months until the grounds dry out enough for the farmers to prepare the ground for planting of new crops.
As many of the farm workers rely on this regular income to survive this means they are facing no income for an extended period of coming weeks.
We are seeking your support to assist us in providing them with food and fuel vouchers to get them through this challenging period.
