Young person's mother passed away from cancer five years ago.
Since then, young persons resided with biological father and was exposed to a significant amount of domestic violence neglect and trauma until young person had to flee the family home and relocate to another state.
Currently has no family support this has proven difficult and resulted in young person having to couch surf and sleep rough on the streets at times.
In result of circumstances there has been mental health concerns for this young person.
