Young mother who has experienced severe domestic and family violence, has disabilities and is currently recovering from addiction. Mother has worked hard to secure safety and support for herself however does not have a mobile phone. The children are transitioning back into mums care. Mum requires a phone to ensure she stays connected with her supports to ensure hers and her children's' ongoing safety and wellbeing.
